A decent stay
the room was super clean. it also included all equipment i needed. the staff are courteous. they cannot do enough for you.
the service was glacially slow. we had to chase everything up, including the bill.

i discovered excellent customer service throughout my stay the staff were attentive and responsive to all requests. the apartment's proximity to the pub was convenient it made accessing meals and drinks very easy. i found everything immaculate i also appreciated the modern amenities available.

The wharfdale suite was wonderful. the room felt cozy and quaint. the team was accommodating. No request was too big. the facilities were super clean.
the good stay had one minor issue, the room's lighting could be improved.
